Lemurian crystals are a special variety of Clear Quartz. They come from the Diamantina Region of Brazil, and are identified by the ladder-like grooves crossing the bodies of the crystals. A spiritual crystal, balancing, nurturing and loving. The emotional response to these crystals can feel like a balm to the soul.

Clear Quartz promotes strength and clarity to intellect, aiding concentration and memory. Clear Quartz is excellent for amplifying the energies of other stones and can be used to cleanse other stones. Clear Quartz is used to cleanse and purify energy. In Feng Shui it is used extensively to cleanse, and can benefit the earth element. It is said that Clear Quartz produces a force field of healing negative ions while clearing the surroundings of positive ions, protecting the aura.
