Turitella Jasper also known as Turitella Agate is a type of Fosiliferous Rock that contains the Spiral Shells of Sea Snails (genus Turitella) or similar Freshwater Snails. Forty to Fifty Million Years ago, the Shells were deposited in Shallow Lakes and covered by Sea Sediment, eventually becoming Fossil Beds. Turitella Jasper/Agate is a Unique Gemstone that is renowned for it's Striking Patterns of Fossilised Shells. Turitella is a Stone of Confidence, Grounding and Wisdom.
